Childbirth Education Classes
What is the best way to prepare for birth?
Take a childbirth preparation class! Why? Studies prove it is a huge asset to your birth experience and the outcome to be prepared by participating in organized childbirth education - no matter how you plan to birth. Understanding the benefits and risks of all choices you will be making will help you feel more involved and in control of decisions surrounding your birth.
Does it matter which one I take?
Believe it or not, all childbirth classes are not all created equal! You really want to take a class that will be aligned with your personal birth goals and wishes. If our practice is involved, expect any class offered through one of our Childbirth Education Instructors at our location, or one of our satellite locations (including local hospitals!), to be well-informed, well-rounded in regards to content, and well... evidence-based with currently accepted advances in the culture of birth.
Education is a cornerstone of our practice as is unbiased, effectual support. Partner with us in your care by learning from our experts how to be better prepared for pregnancy, birth, and your postpartum experience!
