Our Postpartum Care class could truly save your life. Find out about things to consider when in recovery and healing afterbirth. We also discuss postpartum anxiety and depression. Receive resources, tips, and guidance in creating a functional postpartum plan! You may have a birth plan, but your postpartum plan is also priceless.
