Evidence Based Birth®

Our Evidence Based Birth class series will give you all the information you will need to feel confident as you go into your birth and equip you for a satisfying postpartum journey.  This class is perfect for those desiring a group setting with the opportunity to meet and engage with other families, but also need an option that will allow them to digest an abundance of information over time. Open to all couples and expecting people, this class is fun, energizing, and sure to get you thinking about the birth you desire. Learn tips and tricks to create the birth of your dreams. Even if things don't go exactly according to plan, we have you covered. You will learn workarounds, the what if's, and how to avoid interventions through movement, education, and applied practice. This is also our one course that will safely integrate the must know's of how to truly have the most empowering, but safe, evidenced-based experience. This exceptional course is designed based on the work of  Founder and CEO, Rebecca Dekker, PhD, RN, LCCE, of Evidence Based Birth® -- Evidence That Empowers!  Dr. Dekker is also the author of bestselling book, "Babies Are Not Pizzas: They're Born, Not Delivered." 

All of our families we work with receive insightful, fact-based  information and support as a result of the brilliance of her work.  Your   Evidence Based Birth® Instructor  is specially trained in how to help families get evidence based care and ensure that they have access to the best outcomes possible. Because all families deserve options, access to quality care, and unconditional, unbiased, respectful support, it is a n honor to support the   Evidence Based Birth®  curriculum and be a devout supporter of  the programs and services offered.  

What's covered in this class?

This is a six session, virtual version of our EBB-Certified  Childbirth Education. This platform is focused on assisting expecting people and their partners in preparing for the best birth experience. Online materials and access to informative tools and resources are available to our families enrolled in this course.

PLEASE NOTE: The instructor is an active birth doula.  While this class runs 6 sessions, plan on a small possibility  of a reschedule date due to a birth.

This class is full of evidence-based childbirth  information that will get you thinking about your birth and prepare you to deal with anything that may come up with more confidence -- and reassurance.

Class Schedule:

6 sessions of comprehensive childbirth education/preparation via Zoom Online Classes


Class 1 Sunday, June 28, 2020 1-3pm virtually via Zoom

Class 2, 3, 4 & 5 Online via Zoom for PC, MAC & Mobile Devices -Held weekly with days/times chosen by participants. Ensures all students can be present - from home, work, or even while traveling

Class 6 Sunday, August 2, 2020 1-3pm virtually via Zoom

Ticket Packages:

Standard $200 - Includes 3-months access to the online portion of the class, spiral bound workbook, six live Zoom sessions with your class to discuss online materials and receive mentorship from your instructor

Deluxe $250    - Includes 6-months access to the online portion of the class, spiral bound workbook, six live Zoom sessions with your class to discuss online materials and receive mentorship from your instructor, and an additional private Zoom session with Sandra to discuss your birth plan.

Spots in each class are limited (6 couples per class), please do not wait to schedule.
