In this  class ​ , we will explore the benefits for parent and baby, and provide easy to understand, evidence-based information to ensure your success. You'll learn positions for a pain-free latch, ways to build a strong supply, how to know if your baby is getting enough milk, tips to manage nighttime feeding, plus supplies you'll need and which you won't.
