What does that mean for you?

It took 9, sometimes 10 months to grow your baby. Why trust just ANYONE to be responsible for your baby's care? We believe that trust is important. We want to be in trusting, meaningful relationships with our clients. We promise we will put you first in all we do. As a result, we may not have room for everyone. We are committed to stay the best in the industry --- thus, ensuring safety first and focusing on profits never.

Our calendar is booked as much as 4-6 months in advance. We are committed to only accepting a small number of clients so to ensure excellent work-life balance for our providers and the best quality for the families we serve. Sometimes, we can make accommodations for last-minute requests. We will do our best to accept additional clients as space allows!

  • EXPERIENCED: We are the ONLY for-profit birth & postpartum support platform with physician, midwife, and behavioral providers apart of our care team. We an Advisory Board of professional well-respected in the perinatal industry, know that accountability is built in all we do. 

  • UNBIASED: We emulate the accepting culture we believe in. We work with ALL families regardless of the ability to pay. In fact, more than 20% of the care we provide is at no-cost to the clients we serve.

  • CREDIBLE: Because we are an evidence-based system, we are glad to offer you an current, objective research and/or information to support the guidance or education we provide. Just ask!

  • COMPASSIONATE: Because becoming a parent can prove to be the most vulnerable time for all involved, we emphatically care about how to offer you the best in support.  We promise to meet you exactly where you are.

  • HONEST: NOVA Birth Partners is honest first. This means we will be most upfront with you in the event we do not think we are the best fit for your family. We have a network of professionals we would be glad to help you connect with in the event it is necessary to help you find your perfect fit outside of us. Because, fit is important! 

  • RELIABLE: Built with the understanding that your birth will happen one-time ever, each and every related experience is likely going to be the first and only of many you could have as you become a new parent. Our interconnected, electronic systems are designed to ensure we always have reliable back-up that you can get to know and trust. 

  • CHOICE MATTERS: Since each family has individual needs, we rely on YOU  to give us your own specific criteria for your ideal provider. Providers are required to interview for doula positions unless the family chooses to waive this requirement.
