You bring your new baby home --- and then what?

Be prepared for your postpartum!  Learn tips to heal well and enjoy your time after having your baby.

This three hour class will get you feeling so much more prepared after your birth.  

What can we expect to learn?

Your newborn care class will cover all the basics of what to do when you bring your new little one home.

Topics covered include:
Postpartum- How to get back to feeling good post-baby?
Car Safety- Make sure you get them on the right way!  Tips for easier diapering that will make you a pro in no time!
Food Safety- What are good foods for you and for baby when baby is older?

What else do I need to know?

This class is offered with LAYC in Washington, DC for DC Residents aged 11-24.

There is no cost for this class but space is limited. 

You will receive a meal, childcare (if needed) and a gift card for participating!
