Birth & Parenting Classes
What is the best way to prepare for being the best parent you can be?
Take a parenting class! We have partnered with the Latin American Youth Center (LAYC) in order to offer birth & parenting classes that will help you be prepared and supported for your new journey. These classes are for DC Residents aged 11 to 24 years of age. We welcome all for these FREE classes. Receive a meal, childcare (if needed) and also a gift card for your participation.
Does it matter which one I take?
Yes! We are offering a wonderful series of classes to ensure you have access to comprehensive resources and education. Meet other parents and make new friends. We will offer a playgroup and more opportunities to continue the conversation. We would love for you to attend as many sessions as you can. Classes are offered in our location in Columbia Heights, DC. More locations to come!
