This 3 hour class is made just for your comfort during birth!
This is a perfect addition to ANY childbirth class you have taken. Explore many different comfort measures, positions, breathing techniques, relaxation, and even ways to help baby be in the best position for birth!
Class runs 5:30-8:30pm once a month on a Sunday.
Class location is at our NOVA Birth Partners office at:

Please bring a pillow and wear comfortable clothing. We will be getting down on the floor.
