Because life is so precious...
We focus on QUALITY. While some providers and companies emphasize quantity, we refuse to compromise.
As of 2020, NOVA Birth Partners will only accept new clients on a case-by-case basis.
What does that mean for you?
It took 9, sometimes 10 months to grow your baby. Why trust just ANYONE to be responsible for your baby's care? We believe that trust is important. We want to be in trusting, meaningful relationships with our clients. We promise we will put you first in all we do. As a result, we may not have room for everyone. We are committed to stay the best in the industry --- thus, ensuring safety first and focusing on profits never.

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS
- EXPERIENCE: Our postpartum and childcare provider are required to have a minimum of one (1) year of recent, professional childcare and/or household management experience. In most cases, they must also have newborn specific professional training.
- REFERENCES: All references must be recent and verifiable, non-related child care references.
- LEGAL STATUS: All providers must be legally and verifiably authorized to work in the United States.
- BACKGROUND CHECK: All providers must have a clean background check , obtained prior to the initiation of employment.
- MORE REQUIREMENTS: Nannies are required to become certified in infant and child CPR and submit to drug testing at the family's request.
- CHOICE MATTERS: Since each family has individual needs, we rely on the family to give us their own specific criteria for their ideal provider. Providers are required to interview for each position unless the family chooses to waive this requirement.
